Shipping: Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days, but may take longer based on various circumstances.
Returns: Products purchased from Drum Tech may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer must pay
the return shipping costs. Returned products must be in resalable, new condition with no components missing.
Drum Tech, at their discretion, may apply up to a 15% restocking fee. Contact Drum Tech, within the 14 day period, for a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
Warranty: Drum Tech products are warranted against defects in the materials or workmanship for 1 year, and 6 months on the playing rubber surface if applicable. Damage or defects sustained through unauthorized repair, tampering, or abusive treatment are not covered by this warranty. The shipping expenses for the repair are the responsibility of the purchaser.
